I had a pretty good day today although it was as hot as ever and towards the end of it I started being pessimistic about silly & useless things :\

I spent the morning in Penrith watching Avatar in 3D (its quite good) with Jenny and Ben, sat around in the food court and saw Chrissy, went home and then read for most of the afternoon because it was so hot.

Went for a drive with Mum later..I'm pleased to say I'm actually making some progress :)
