A Boring, Self-Centred Rant About Myself

i dont know how, but recently, i've been letting my thoughts wander too much and i end up thinking of and remembering sad things that have happened to me or people i know and even some things that havent happened...yet - to the point that i nearly start to cry right then and there. i'm not really very emotional (well maybe just a bit) but this is not normal..for me. nothing's really wrong/problematic right now, except for the *"usual" but thats no surprise.....
